Well Worth The Waitrose

When you are invited over to Waitrose to pick up a BIG cheque from their Community Matters green token scheme, you need someone to help you hold it. Thankfully, PSDS member, Edward, was on hand to, well, lend a hand!

Edward joined Helen in Waitrose Horley to receive a wonderful donation of £683 - the result of PSDS being chosen as one of the branch's 3 local charities during March, to coincide with Down Syndrome Awareness Week.

In addition to the fabulous cheque, Waitrose Partner Milly also handed over a lovely hamper full of treats for DIGBIES therapists, helpers, volunteers, parents and children to enjoy too.

Our warmest thanks go to Milly and all the Partners and customers at Waitrose Horley for their support and also to Edward who did such a terrific job representing PSDS. (Not to mention special thanks to Edward's mummy Kellie who took the photos!).
