It was a great pleasure to be invited to Hurstpierpoint College recently to receive a cheque for £1,156, which students at the College raised by organising a number of events.
Cake sales, non-uniform days, a hunger lunch and other events all contributed to the fabulous funds raised. The grand total came to just under £3,500 - with the funds being split between three charities chosen by the pupils themselves.
We are really grateful to Beth Adams, who attends Hurstpierpoint College, for suggesting PSDS as a beneficiary and for also raising an additional £200 by selling our silicone wristbands too.
Many thanks Beth and to all your fellow students!
Beth's mum and brother, Amanda and William, are joined by Helen from PSDS, students from the College and a representative from one of the other charities who also benefited.
